With over 15 years of direct management experience, and 10 years of coaching and training, Ginger knows that people make the difference. Ginger is motivated by the desire to touch lives and make a difference. To do that, she takes a very hands-on approach to understanding each customer. Ginger has worked with a variety of clients from Fortune 1000 companies including American Airlines, Carlson Wagonlit XTS, and TD Industries to local family businesses and companies in transition. She has a BA in Psychology from Baylor University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
